The Truly Special Woodwind Quintett

Since its founding in 2021, the Sonus Quintet has been attracting attention. In its very first year, the young chamber music ensemble received six international awards. This was followed by the release of their debut album and the formation of their mission: to pioneer the sound of the reed quintet in Germany and establish it within the classical music scene.

The ensemble’s concerts combine musical excellence with charming moderation. Their debut album, Licht, was named Best New Release by NDR Klassik in 2024 — a mark of quality that is impressively confirmed on stage.
